We are honoured that Instrumental Society of Calgary has selected StoryMusic for its final concert of the 2022-2023 season. Join us June 4th at 3 PM at cSPACE King Edward (1721 29 Ave SW) for Grounder’s Grand Adventure (with Dohnanyi’s Serenade) and Little Red Riding Hood with Beethoven (String Quartet Op. 95). Julie Freeman Smith sings and narrates, along with violinists Genevieve Micheletti and Diane Lane, violist Liza Scriggins, and cellist Andrea Case. Hope to see you there!

We are excited to present Grounder’s Grand Adventure in conversation with Ariel, Arietta and Arioso Choirs at the world-class Bella Concert Hall as part of their Stories that Sing! program. Come see how Director Liz Paynter specially selected choral works to compliment Liza Scriggins’ original story set to Dohnanyi’s Serenade for violin, viola and cello (with StoryMusic performers Julie Freedman Smith, Diane Lane, Liza Scriggins and Andrea Case).
